Grilled Miso Chicken with Roasted Corn and Edamame Salad
I was trying to use up some miso paste I had left over so I started playing around with miso marinades. This one came out great, though was just a tad salty. Cutting back on the miso paste will help that. The edamame salad was snagged from Ruby Foos and found on Epicurious. The salad was tasty and light and went well with the chicken.
