Black Olive and Heirloom Tomato Tapenade
Ingredients
2 cups
pitted
black olives
1
med-large
Heirloom tomato
1
shallot
1/2 cup
juice or
oil
from the
olives
Fresh
Parsley
Himalayan salt
and
pepper,
to taste
Preparation
1
Put olives and shallot in food proccesor and
chop.

Dice tomato.

Mix
all ingredients in a bowl.

Voila tasty tapenade!
