cups sunflower seeds (optional: soaked)

tablespoons raw tahini

cup pure water,

“ piece of white or yellow onion, chopped

teaspoons chili powder

teaspoons cumin powder

teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt

Cayenne to taste

Step 1

In a food processor, puree all the ingredients until smooth. Add more spices and some olive oil if needed. Add cayenne for spicy beans.
