1 pound Zuchinni (or squash)I like the green one about 4-5 Zuchinnis
1 Big onion cut in thin slices
2 Tabls oil
2 Eggs boiled hard
2 Tabls fresh dill Cut very fine.
1/2 cup Green onions cut in small pieces
2 Tabls good Mayonaise ( you can use law calories).
Put in air tight container and keep in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving, It is getting even better after few days.
