Lemon Onion Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh lemon supremes finely chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
Salt to taste

Combine all of the ingredients and serve with grilled or baked "meaty"
