Carottes Rapées (Shredded Carrots)

Ingredients

3 large carrots, peeled
1/8 teaspoon Ground pepper

Preparation

Coarsely shred the carrots, using a food processor or a mandoline.

Toss carrots in a mixing bowl with remaining ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate a few hours.

Serve very cold.
