Ingredients

1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoons sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Sift flour and mix with dry ingredients. Beat the egg and stir in milk with the rest of the liquids. Add the liquids all at once to the dry ingredients and beat. Add more buttermilk for thinner pancakes.

Bake on lightly greased griddle.
