Ingredients

2 ounces Amontillado Sherry
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1/2 ounce (scant) of honey simple syrup
Large orange peel for garnish
Ice

Preparation

Pour ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, stir and serve over ice in a coupe glass
