cup Ricotta cheese |

tablespoons Ground almonds |

teaspoon Grated lemon rind |

teaspoon Grated orange rind |

teaspoon Vanilla extract |

teaspoon Almond extract |

cup Honey |
Chopped toasted pistachios |
Step 1 |
Remove stems from figs. Cut almost in half and again crosswise to open up to stuff. |
Step 2 |
In food processor mix together ricotta, ground almonds, lemon & orange rind, vanilla & almond extract & honey. Process to blend. |
Step 3 |
Stuff each fig with flavored ricotta. Garnish with toasted nuts, some diced fresh figs and drizzle with honey. |
Super simple, should take approximately 4-6 minutes!
