Yogurt Marinated Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 cup
of
plain yogurt
1 teaspoon
of fresh or bottled
lime juice
1/2 teaspoon
of fresh or dried
basil
2 pounds of thawed
chicken breasts
or tenders
salt
and
pepper
to taste
A few sprays of
non-stick cooking spray
Preparation

Place thawed chicken on platter

Cover chicken in plain yogurt, making sure all pieces are
coated
evenly and there are no "globs" of yogurt

Sprinkle basil,
salt
and pepper over chicken

Drizzle lime
juice

Let
marinate
for AT LEAST 30 minutes (the longer you
marinate,
the more tender the chicken)

Place chicken on indoor or outdoor
grill,
make sure
grill
is
coated
with non-stick cooking spray

Cook for about 10 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
