cups Mushrooms, halved (about 2 lbs.)

1

Onion, thinly sliced

¼

cup Chopped fresh basil ( or 4 tsp. dried)

1

tablespoon Butter, melted

1

tablespoon Balsamic or red wine vinegar

½

teaspoon Each salt and pepper

Step 1

In bowl, toss together mushrooms, onion, basil, butter, vinegar, salt and pepper. Arrange on large piece of double-thickness heavy-duty foil; fold up sides and seal tightly to form packet.

Step 2

Place on grill over medium-high heat; cook for about 30 minutes or until mushrooms and onions are tender and light golden.

Step 3

Makes 4 servings
