Spicy Cabbage Sauce

Ingredients

1 red pepper, seeded and finely diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Combine ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.
