Step 1 |
1. IN STEP 1, SLICE PARTIALLY THAWED HAM INTO 4 OZ STEAKS. |
Step 2 |
2. CUT EDGE OF EACH STEAK IN SEVERAL PLACES TO PREVENT CURLING. |
Step 3 |
3. GRILL ON LIGHTLY GREASED 350 F. GRIDDLE ABOUT 1 1/2 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL BROWNED. |
Step 4 |
4. REMOVE FAT FROM GRIDDLE AS IT ACCUMULATES. EACH PORTION: 1 SLICE |
Step 5 |
(31/4 OUNCES). |
