Beat the Eggs and the Sugar together.
Finely grate the chocolate.
Place the egg mixture into a non stick saucepan and put on a medium heat.
Stirring all the time, cook for 10 minutes.
Take off the heat.
Add all but 2 desert spoons of the grated chocolate.
Lightly oil the mould.
Place the mixture into the mould.
Keep wetting a spatula in cold water and press the mixture into the mould.
Leave to set, this will take a few hours at room temperature
