Onion, finely chopped

lrg Clove garlic, minced

cup Honey

cup White wine vinegar

¼

cup Finely chopped fresh mint or 2 tbsp. dried

1

tablespoon Fresh lemon juice

½

teaspoon Dry mustard

½

teaspoon Coarse salt

½

teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper

½

cup Vegetable oil

Step 1

In blender or food processor fitted with steel blade, combine all ingredients except oil. Add oil in slow steady stream through lid or feed tube.

Step 2

Alternatively, beat all ingredients except oil in medium bowl, then whisk in oil. Stir well and strain.

Step 3

Makes 1 2/3cups.
