Step 1 |
In blender or food processor fitted with steel blade, combine all ingredients except oil. Add oil in slow steady stream through lid or feed tube. |
Step 2 |
Alternatively, beat all ingredients except oil in medium bowl, then whisk in oil. Stir well and strain. |
Step 3 |
Makes 1 2/3cups. |
