tablespoons Olive oil, virgin |

teaspoons Lemon juice |

teaspoon Ginger, fresh, chopped |

teaspoon Garlic, minced |

teaspoon Turmeric |
½ |
teaspoon Chili powder |
½ |
teaspoon Cumin powder |

teaspoon Kosher (coarse) salt |

teaspoon Black pepper, coarsely ground |

teaspoon Cayenne pepper |

Step 1 |
Combine marinade ingredients. |
Step 2 |
Cover fish with marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes. |
Step 3 |
Remove from marinade and coat each side with oil. |
Step 4 |
Grill over direct high heat for about 5-7 minutes TOTAL, turning once about halfway through. |
