Alternatively, you can use puff pastry scraps/biscuit scraps to make monkey bread. Simply mash the scraps together with the cinnamon-sugar and nuts, and place in a muffin tin.
Combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll pieces in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place coated pieces into greased angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.

Pull biscuits apart. Break each biscuit into walnut size pieces.
