Ingredients

1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound tofu

Preparation

Mash (or process) all ingredients and cook it over extremely low heat for about 3 hours, stirring occasionally, ending up with it so dry there's no sensible moisture and it seems to keep indefinitely without refrigeration.
