paprika

Preparation
1
Slice
onion finely and spread over base of tray.

Peel
and
halve
potatoes.
Cut
incisions about 5mm apart half way through
top
without going all the way through. Place potato on onions.
3
Heat
stock, garlic and butter. Pour over potatoes.
Season
and sprinkle with paprika. Cook uncovered 1 hour until tender.
