Cassava Leaves With Coconut Milk

Ingredients

1 small size ginger cut (crushed)
250 grams cassava tops

Preparation

Pound cassava tops until crushed.

Put crushed cassava tops in pot, add milk and ginger.

Bring to boil.

Mix well add salt and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until coconut milk is cooked.
