Mini Cheese Tarts
Blend graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press graham cracker mixture into bottoms of mini paper liners in 2 inch muffin tins. Using electric beater, mix sugar, cream cheese, sour cream, egg and vanilla. Fill each paper liner 2/3 full and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with pie filling. Makes 24 tarts.
