center cut pork chops |

cup butter |

cup tomato juice |

cup ketchup |

tablespoons vinegar |

cup tomato sauce |

tablespoon lemon juice |

tablespoon hot sauce |

tablespoon mustard with horseradish |

tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |
1 ¾ |
ounces pkg. chili seasoning |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Stir sauce ingredients together, boil, stir until thick. On moderate grill, cook chops 30 minutes, turn. Remove after 30 minutes. Put slice of pineapple on each and pour sauce over each chop and wrap in tin foil. Cook another 30 minutes. Chops should register 170 degrees inside on a meat thermometer. |
