Chocolate [cold] With Coffee and Cinnamon With A Quenelle Of Mascarpone and Cream With Crumbled Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

200 grams of dark chocolate with 75% cocoa Venchi
3 cups of coffee
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar Grand Cru Swaziland Waves ofSugar
70 grams mascarpone
30 milliliters double cream
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation
