Cantaloupe Cocktail

Ingredients

2 cups cantaloupe

1/2 cup English cucumber

1/4 cup mint

2 ounces rum

1/4 cup lime juice

1/2 cup ice

1 tablespoon honey

Preparation

Pulse it in the blender until smooth. Then strain the juice into a martini glass and garnish with a cucumber and cantaloupe slice.
