Slice the washed zucchini lengthwise, then into long sticks.

Fry the zucchini and garlic in hot oil, in a non stick pan, for about 2 minutes.
Heat the grill or plain non stick frying pan and cook marinated steaks for about 10 minutes on each side or until they are well browned and crispy (or as desired).

Serve the cutlets with (elongated capunti) pasta and zucchini sauce.
