Gluten Free Black & Blue Smoothies

Ingredients

Black& Blue Smoothies
(serves 2)
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 cups crushed ice

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Note: you can also use frozen blueberries and blackberries in this recipe.

If you choose frozen fruit cut the crushed ice down by 1/2 cup.
