Blue swimmer crab per person

salt

Step 1

Soak blue swimmer crabs in water for an hour.

Step 2

Boil water in large pot. Add salt and crabs and boil for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Cut the crabs lengthways with a sharp knife and remove meat. Crack the claws and legs open with a hammer and remove meat. Serve with an ice cold beer!
