Step 1 |
Soak blue swimmer crabs in water for an hour. |
Step 2 |
Boil water in large pot. Add salt and crabs and boil for 15 minutes. Let cool. |

Cut the crabs lengthways with a sharp knife and remove meat. Crack the claws and legs open with a hammer and remove meat. Serve with an ice cold beer!
