Chicken Baked In Yogurt
Ingredients
3 1/2 pounds broiler-fryer chicken cut into serving pieces
1 cup plain yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic, put through garlic press

Add chicken and turn to coat pieces with yogurt mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
