Ingredients For Pita Chips |

pack of Pita bread |

cup of shredded Parmesan cheese |

tablespoon Paprika |

cup brought Hummus |

cup olive oil/ oil from the sun dried tomatoes jar |

Cut pita bread length wise, in the sense split into two layer by separating pita bread |
Step 3 |
Mix Cheese, Oregano and Paprika separately in a bowl |
Step 4 |
Spread the above mixture on the pita and spread evenly. |
Step 5 |
Pre heat oven to 400 o Degrees |
Step 6 |
Place the pita on oven rack and allow to bake for 10 minutes, Please adjust according to oven and also Pita size. Intent is to crisp the pita. |

Break them into pieces and serve with Hummus |

Process for Sun dried Tomato pesto |
Step 10 |
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor and grind while adding olive oil / oil from sun dried tomatoes till into turns into a fine consistency. |
Step 11 |
Serve Pita with Sun Dried Tomato Hummus , this sure is a healthy snack and does satisfy all your senses. |
