Biscuit Cheese Balls

Ingredients

10 ounces can Hungry Jack refrigerated flaky biscuits
6 ounces Cheddar or American cheese, cut into 40 (½") c
cup butter, melted
1/4 cup cornflake crumbs
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Preparation

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Cut each into quarters. Flatten each dough piece slightly and place cheese cube in center of each. Fold dough over cheese, sealing tightly. Shape into ball.

Combine Parmesan cheese, cornflakes and salt. Dip each ball in melted butter, roll lightly in crumb mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-9 minutes. Serve hot. 40 appetizers.
