Ingredients

35 frozen Italian meatballs

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

1 ounce x -14 can Italian diced tomatoes ***

1 ounce x -14 can beef broth

1 cup water

cup small pasta (orzo is fine)

Parmesan cheese

Preparation

*** If you can't find Italian diced tomatoes in your store, get regular diced tomatoes and add rosemary, thyme, basil, and oregano.

Bring to a boil, simmer 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
