Ingredients

1 cup Shortening

1 cup Sugar

1 cup Brown sugar

1 cup Peanut butter

3/4 pound Hershey's kisses

2 1/4 cups Sifted flour

2 teaspoons Baking soda

1/2 teaspoon Salt

Preparation

Cream together shortening, sugar and eggs. Add vanilla and stir in peanut butter. Sift dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture. Shape into balls, about 1 tsp each, and put on ungreased sheet. Press kisses in center so dough will form over edge. Bake 10-12 min. at 350*.
