Erik Hakkinen's Sazerac

Ingredients

2 ounces Thomas Hardy Rye
4 dashes Peychaud Bitters
1 teaspoon simple syrup
splash Herbsaint, to rinse glass
lemon twist

Preparation

Rinse glass with herbsaint; shake Thomas Hardy, bitters and simple syrup. Pour into glass and garnish with lemon twist.
