10" graham cracker or pastry pie shell

6

eggs, separated

6

squares unsweetened chocolate squares

¼

cup sugar

½

pt. whipping cream

Step 1

Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside. Combine chocolate, egg yolks and sugar; fold into whites. Pour into pie shell; refrigerate. Whip cream with a little sugar and spread over top. Just before serving, sprinkle with chocolate shavings or jimmies.
