Lentil Daal

Ingredients

1 cup lentils
3 cups water
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic granules
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon onion granules
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch of ground clove
1/2 teaspoon +⅛ salt
1 tablespoon oil

Preparation

Simmer lentils and water, until soft

Combine spices in oil and saute for 1 minute

Add softened lentils into spices and saute 5 more minutes
