Combine all but the steak and mix well. Place the meat in a dish or pan just big enough to hold them and pour the marinade over, turning to coat well. Cover and chill to marinate 4-8 hours. Remove from the fridge 1 hour (to come to room temperature) before grilling the steaks to desired doneness.
