Spice Ball Cuisine Malin

Ingredients

250 grams rice
200 grams of minced meat
1 / 2 red pepper, green, yellow
4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
50 grams of grated Gruyere
1 egg

Preparation

Cook your rice and let cool 10 minutes. Stir in the grated cheese and 1 egg. Add salt and pepper, mix well and preserve.

Finely chop your onions. Cut into small dice all your peppers and your core.

Saute your onions. Once browned, add your vegetables, your spices and fry the whole 15 minutes on low heat.

Incorporate your meat and your tomato sauce. Simmer until total absorption of tomato sauce.

Form a ball with rice. At the center, dig a hole with a spoon and stuff the inside with your preparation.

Close your ball with your rice and roll in flour, then into your egg yolks and finally in breadcrumbs.

Pour a little oil in your pan and fry your balls for 2 minutes, being careful to always turn them over to brown the entire breadcrumbs. (You can use a paper towel to remove excess oil)
