Step 1 |
Optional, but tastes great in them! |
Step 2 |
Cream butter; add sugar, then egg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Last add oatmeal, flakes and optional ingredients. Roll in small balls and place on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. |
