ounces pkt lite cream cheese (8 ea) softened

1

can crushed pineapple (8 oz.) well drained

½

cup green pepper chopped

½

cup green onions chopped

1

teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

1

teaspoon seasoned salt

2

cups pecans chopped, divided Assorted crackers

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Gently stir in pineapple, green pepper, onions, seasonings, and 1/2 cup nuts. Turn out onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. refrigerate several hours or overnight. Before serving, roll cheese ball in remaining nuts. Serve with crackers.
