7 ounces Caviar (any variety)
1 pint
Sour cream
Preparation
1
Peel
potatoes. Make hole with melon
scoop
or
spoon
.
Cut
bottom of potato so it stays level.
Steam
potatoes.
Mix
caviar with a small amount of onion and caviar. Fill potatoes and
serve
.
