teaspoon salt |

ounces room-temperature beer |

eggs beaten |

cup minced onion |

Nonstick cooking spray as needed |

Step 1 |
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Pour into a lightly sprayed 9-inch loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. |
