Chorizo Breakfast

Ingredients

pound link sausage
10 ounces canned corn
1 cup rice cooked
1 cup Ortega salsa - thick & chunky (medium)

Preparation

Slice link sausage and cook in a skillet until brown, stirring frequently. Add eggs, stirring constantly.

Stir in canned corn (drained) and cooked rice. Spoon onto flour tortillas and roll or fold to enclose the filling. Serve with salsa.
