pound Halibut steaks, about 1-inch thick |

cup Low-calorie Italian dressing |

tablespoon Lemon juice |
¼ |
teaspoon Pepper |
¼ |
teaspoon Paprika |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Place steaks in microwave dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes, turning once. |
Step 2 |
Turn back one corner of plastic wrap for venting. Microwave on high power for 4-5 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn after 2 minutes. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving. |
