cups Peeled Garlic Cloves

1 ½

cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil

ounces Butter

can (2 oz) Anchovies

An assortment of vegetables for dipping

Step 1

Place garlic cloves, olive oil, butter, and anchovies in an oven safe casserole dish. Cover and place in oven at 275F degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
