Tortillini With Basil Pesto and Sundried Tomatoes
Ingredients
1 package
fresh
tortellini
1 jar
pesto sauce
3/4 cup
sun-dried tomatoes,
julienned
fresh
Parmesan cheese
fresh
basil
leaves
Preparation
1
Cook pasta according to package directions.

In a large
skillet
warm
the pesto and sun-dried tomatoes on low
heat.
Once pasta is cooked, drain and add to pesto mixture. Toss to
coat
thoroughly. To
serve
garnish
with fresh Parmesan cheese and some fresh basil leaves.
