Deer Sausage

Ingredients

pound Venison, ground
pound Pork, ground
4 ounces Salt
1 ounce Black pepper, ground
ounce Accent seasoning mix
1 ounce Cayenne
1 ounce Louisiana hot sauce
1 ounce Paprika
3 ounces Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
3 whls fresh green onion, chopped

Mix all of the above together well. Stuff in casing.
