Caramelized Mushroom "Meatloaf" Burgers

Preparation

In large mixing bowl: combine ground beef/chuck, egg, pepper, salt, bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce, and chopped onion. Mix with hands but don't over mix. Score your meat in the bowl so that you have 4 equal amounts to pat into hamburgers.

Place patties in a preheated oiled skillet.

Cook patties for about 6-8 minutes on each side.

After burgers are done, place each burger on a bun with the sliced roma tomatoes (about half a tomato per burger). Cover burgers with foil to keep warm.

Place canned mushrooms in the hot skillet and cook with the pan drippings.

Once caramelized, add 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of the white all purpose flour whisk together until thickened.

Add 1/4 of the mixture to each burger and Serve!
