Digestive Biscuits |

inch Large Marhsmallows, different colours works best (cut half) |

Bag of sweetened dessicated coconut |

At least 200 mls of sweetened Condensed Milk |

Step 1 |
Crush Digestives |
Step 2 |
Add Marshmallows and Cherries |
Step 3 |
Add Condensed Milk till mixture is squidgy enough to stick together, but not too much that it won't harden. As a guide to the above, the next step is to take the mixture in your hands and form into a relatively compact log/roll. |
Step 4 |
Sprinkle coconut onto cling film |
Step 5 |
Put roll on cling film |
Step 6 |
Add coconut so entire outer of roll is covered |
Step 7 |
Refrigerate until hard |

Northern Irish treat (I assume) that although is ridiculously sweet, is incredibly moreish... even if you don't like one of the ingredients, they all come together incredibly well!
