Fig-Strawberry Preserves

Ingredients

3 cups Mashed figs
1 pkt (6-oz) strawberry gelatin
3 cups Sugar

Preparation

Combine figs, gelatin and sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Skim off top and pour into glasses. Seal with paraffin.
