tablespoons brown sugar |

tablespoons catsup |

edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Place pork chops on aluminum foil and top with 1 slice onion, 1 slice lemon, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon catsup. Add water, cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Note: If the chops are thin and boneless, decrease baking time accordingly. |
